Rob Davis and Unlimited MotorsWhen my wife suggested buying a car online, I was very reluctant.I was concerned about the kind of service we would receive from whoever we ended up talking to and about buying without us physically seeing and touching the car.However, Rob Davis alleviated all of my fears.He was professional, patient, responsive and extremely hard working.We had many questions and requests and he handled them in a very timely manner.He took us on a video tour of the car that covered every angle we would have looked at if we had been there with the car. Additionally, he took us on a video tour of the dealership so we were comfortable with who we were dealing with through this whole process.We had him look at the condition of all of the seats and check the third row seats for comfort.Rob was able to find out about all of our extended warranty questions, and our questions about financing with and without a trade in.Once we decided we wanted the car, Rob helped us through the jungle of identification pictures, unfreezing our credit reports, proof of insurance and registration in our state.Then when we had waded through all of that, he jumped on getting our transportation scheduled.We started this process on Monday morning, and just had the car delivered (1100 miles away) at 10:40 this morning (Saturday).That is top notch service in my book.My wife and I were both in sales for many years and know how to recognize excellence.Rob has certainly set the standard for excellence in your organization.If you had a rating higher than 5 stars, Rob would certainly deserve that, but since 5 stars is the highest on your scale, he definitely gets 5 stars from us.Nelson and Jeannette EvansVery satisfied customers
